Contracted Personnel

This visa is designed for companies who are searching for employees outside the country.

You should be contracted by a local company from Argentina. But not any company. It should be a company registered with and authorized by Migrations to contract foreigners as employees.

This visa can be processed from your country (before coming to Argentina) or once you are already in Argentina (provided that you have all the necessary documents with you).

If you have a company in Argentina, you can be hired as its "Managing Director" to get your visa only after having registered your company with Migrations.
